The literature describes 17 cases of this disease. tumor may look like multiple bilateral cysts or a solitary single-chamber multi-chamber cyst large size, which makes it difficult diagnose. disease can be complicated by spontaneous pneumothorax. itself often looks An observation 52-year-old man complaining chest pain and shortness breath is presents. On the x-ray, left compressed with air, regarded as Two-day drainage did not give any results. video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery technique was performed air detected. A conversion thoracotomy made. 20×15 cm size originated from lower lobe, in atelectasis. Cyst resection decortication were performed. Histological examination wall revealed lung. postoperative period uneventful. Differential diagnosis cystic conducting lymphangioleiomyomatosis, cysts, extrapulmonary sequestration, echinococcal cancer. Indications for are following: pain, breath, pneumothorax, hemoptysis.
